DARK STORY STINKS MORE

*
நெற்றிக் கண் 4-வது வாரம் ....

There are two major accusations here. Christober has got some mercenaries in the college - just to threaten faculty. They are paid from the college, though they do not 'work' in the campus.

Appointments here in the college are going for a very high price 'under the table'!

    I congratulate and thank “Nettrikkan” for exposing those offenders, who, unsatiated by the wealth amassed by unlawful means, have brought under their control the American college, which, for them, is nothing but a 100 acres of prime land with buildings and properties worth fabulous figures alongside the huge revenue that can fetch. The weekly has done it with a series of articles especially when it felt like the whole world—save some concerned alumni and other stake holders—had washed its hands on the American College issue. I also appreciate “Nettrikkan” for having touched upon the college administration’s close link with rowdy elements. It’s everybody’s knowledge that there has been a band of them on our campus to ‘help’ the administration in need! Those thugs, as I understand, include:

    i) professional ruffians from outside who show up at the time of ‘events’ and disappear;
    ii) those notorious individuals who work with a neighboring school and frequent our
    campus causing suspicion, ill-will, and fear;
    iii) those from the recently recruited non-teaching staff who the magazine refers to in detail;
    and
    iv) a group of our own students groomed to vandalize select targets on campus when
    ordered, and also abuse / intimidate / attack those who resist Dr. Christober or / and this
    gang.

    Well, what do we, as the faculty, mean by calling ours a faculty-run college and allowing this to go unabated?! Raving supporters of this administration may claim that the college is quiet at present disproving the charge of ‘hooligans / hooliganism on campus’. The truth is: besides the absence of any significant opposition to Dr. Christober—after we returned to our class rooms [from under the trees] in November, 2011 honoring the court verdict and the government’s subsequent intervention—it is the pervasive fear psychosis that makes the campus remain eerily ‘quiet’.

    Watch out for what they do when they happen to vacate—lock, stock, and barrel—the very same office they twice broke in!!
