REQUEST FOR SOME MONETARY HELP - FOR THE SAKE OF OUR COLLEGE

 

My previous post was titled: HOW IS OUR GREAT "HEAVENLY" COLLEGE NOW? In that post, I had given the cases pending against the present principal.

 

Prof. Prem Singh's case was on his report of corruption of  Rs. 75 lakhs of UGC grant. CBI has taken the case.

 

Two more cases are filed: one in my name and another by Prof. Prabha Vedamanickam, quoting the recent G.O. of TamilNadu Government which states that anyone can be principal of a college only for 10 years. (the current principal's ten year "tenure' came to an end on 27th of last month.)

 

All the three cases are grouped and hearing has been fixed in the second week of November.  Professors less than the number of a handful are fighting this legal battle. Money has become the main criterion. So far only these less-than-a-handful professors are trying to cope up with this tight position.

 

I request people who are interested in making our college as good as it was, to help these professors to conduct the costly legal battle.
