A BASIC QUESTION ON THE CLAIMS OF THE MODERATOR

* The following is a comment of Prof. RAJENDRA PANDIAN, a former Faculty Representative of our Governing Council. In addition to adding this as a comment in the two previous posts detailing the media reports of the Moderator I take the privilege of publishing it as a separate post since it questions the claim of the Moderator.

// He also added that the management of the American College would continue to remain with the Bishop of Madurai-Ramnad Diocese. Dismissing concerns over the legality of the Governing Council, he said it had now been accepted by the stake holders.//

When was the management of The American College with the Bishop of the Madurai-Ramnad Diocese so that it would “continue to remain” with him? The management of the college has been with none other than its bona fide Governing Council as represented by its bona fide Secretary. With due respect to the Moderator and his much-talked-of-efforts to resolve the issues we want him to know that he needs to prove to this college—even in his newly assumed honorary capacity as the Chairman of the Council for the time being—that his intent, not just approach, is different from that of his infamous predecessor. How does he say their Council “had now been accepted by [all] the stake holders?” It is a false claim, as I understand. Why should anyone say like that then?

  1. THE CHURCH IS CREEPING IN... BEWARE ... IT IS WORKING ON A TIGHT GRIP TO SWALLOW THE COLLEGE COMPLETELY. THE NEW MODERATOR IS NO DIFFERENT FROM THE DEAD BISHOP, ON THIS COUNT. HE IS CERTAINLY TRYING TO LEGITIMIZE THE DEAD BISHOP'S GOVERNING COUNCIL IN THE GUISE OF BRING PEACE AND SOLUTION TO THE COLLEGE. HOW SAD. is The American College going to acquire a standing comparable to that of the american college high school? that is disaster ...
