The laughable elevation of the son-in-law of the Bishop Asir by Asir himelf with the help of the servile and illegal makeshift Governing Council to the position of the Principal of The American College, defies all logic and is contrary to the Constitution and the accepted practice followed all these years. It also amounts to contempt of court.
The fig leaf has fallen and the naked nepotism of the Bishop is on full display for all to see. As usual, there is no sense of shame or guilt on his part. But, to put an utterly incompetent person like his son-in-law in the hallowed position of the Principal of this great institution is nothing but a tragedy and an insult to the collective wisdom of its academic community and the people at large. Probably he feels that as Bishop he has limitless powers under the sun and he could do whatever he wants to do. He seems to suffer from an illusion that he is answerable to nobody including God, who he professes to serve.
This act of arrogance and stupidity appears to be the culmination of all the audacious attacks mounted on the College for the past three years. This has to be challenged, checked and stopped at any cost. This is the time to bury the hatchet, get united and deal a fatal blow, with all the force in our command, to the evil designs of the Bishop, and redeem this great institution once and for all.
Let the Bishop and his henchmen realise that the day of reckoning is approaching and is approaching fast.

ReplyDeleteYes, the time has come for us to get united and fight evil forces. We must follow the foot steps of Coimbatore Diocese where Bishop Dorai was sent out of the Diocese. We must also act in the same way united in sending this evil force from Madurai Ramand Diocese.
The congregation must wakeup now and act.
The world is moving towards a revlutionary change. Whereas we are still sleeping. Wake up Congregation , Wakeup your time has come to act against such evil Bishops.

ReplyDeletei can understand the bishop when he brings in his son-in-law as the principal, i cannot understand the faculty who support this action of the the bishop. so sad. save american college.
